Fantastic location just minutes from the main attractions. Rooms were clean and comfy, perfect for family stays.

The room lacked adequate heating on arrival!!! Stairs to the top floor were a struggle, especially with luggage. Shower cubicle could definitely use a deep clean, not a pleasant sight at all!!!

we had a fantastic stay on our honeymoon! the room was modern and the beds were incredibly comfortable, way better than our last visit to blackpool. the breakfast was delicious with a lovely variety that exceeded all our expectations.

The location was a highlight, just five minutes from the beach and town. Unfortunately, the bed was small and cramped, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The cleanliness was lacking, with dirty sheets and a shared bathroom that was not well-maintained. Dining options were disappointing as well, with poorly cooked food that was unappetizing.

Solo traveler genuinely satisfied

The bathroom was really clean and spacious with nice little bottles of shower gel which made it feel a bit special and I loved that there was a kettle and cups for a hot drink when I arrived after a long journey. The self check-in was easy no hassle at all making my life a lot simpler and it was really quiet so sleep was easy I didn't expect that in such a central location.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable under the circumstances.

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel with a group of friends and family. The bar area was wonderfully decorated for my friend's 50th, and the breakfast was delicious! Lez and Linden were super friendly, ensuring we had a great time, even joining our birthday celebrations.

My kids wished for a larger room for their stay.
